log format improvements

Changes for 1.0 if I get around to it. Ideally backwards compatible, but not a requirement.

  • [ ] Comments for the whole file
  • [ ] Allow unindented empty lines in blocks (might only be possible for indented blocks)
  • [ ] Make summary optional
  • [ ] Make item block optional or merge item title and item block into a single block (like the item title block in Profpatsch's log)
