Adding iCub model into PyRep

Hello! I need to add an iCub model into PyRep, specifically this model https://github.com/robotology/icub-models/tree/master/iCub_manual/robots/iCubGazeboV2_5_visuomanip. I saw the guide to add a robot (https://github.com/stepjam/PyRep/blob/master/tutorials/adding_robots.md) but it is design for CoppeliaSim 4.1.0 and I'm using CoppeliaSim 4.3.0 rev10. In that context I couldn't find neither 'Collision collections' nor 'Calculation Modules' dialogs in my current version. So, Am I doing something wrong or that version works different? In the last case, Could you please make a guide for adding models into CoppeliaSim 4.3.0 rev10? Thanks in advance.
