Build with LLVM 3.5 TOT, whitespace changes in a dedicated commit

Ok, this should do it. I still can't understand why, even if passing the proper "-I=" option, it seems it cannot resolve any #include<...> I put in the files being analyzed... I don't have time right now, but if you have any idea/pointer from the top of your head, I'll try to dig further as soon as I can.
