Use TS in test files.

Describe the solution you'd like
All the files in src/ are using TS while the files in test are not. For consistency we should be using TS too in tests files, it will also let us dog food on our types.
A nice side effect of this is that we can start using modules in tests, that way we don't have to define in globally defined variables.

Adjust the TypeScript configuration (tsconfig.json) to ensure the test files are included, if necessary. Update any test-specific setup to ensure compatibility with TypeScript, such as adjusting test runner configurations

I have over 4 years experience working with JavaScript/Typescript on the server side. I've also worked with the js stellar sdk where I was the only backend developer for a bill payment app with crypto which supported payment using stellar native tokens and also usdc and eurc.
How I plan on tackling this issue
I would convert the existing js file into .ts files and also ensure the current test framework supports Typescript. Since JavaScript is also a valid Typescript, I'd make sure to run the tests and confirm they are working as expected.
