Option indicating the use of Google App Engine (GAE) in addition to GWT?

If Google App Engine is used as part of the back end for a GWT project then several options need to be set. This issue is a feature request to include those options in the plugin and also have them integrated into the Eclipse project file generated by the eclipse task.

+1 I remember the pain of trying to get this to all work nicely with Maven a couple of years ago. My next project will simply stick with Ant & Ivy as per the instructions on gwtproject.org
