Feature request: Alt + Scroll wheel

Alt + Scroll up -> Maximize window Alt + Scroll down -> Minimize window

Is this possible?

If you set the scroll wheel action to "Lower window", then you can use Shift+Scroll up to toggle maximized state, and Shift+Scroll down to minimize window.

Sorry, you have to hold shift for this to work. I guess it could also be a separate action, but it isn't right now.

Scroll up/down to maximise/restore is probably the only thing that I find missing with this compared to using Linux, it would be great if it could be separated to a separate option rather than needing shift.
