🤝 Add new RPC endpoints to Status-Go Proxy

• Adding new chains need the proxy to support these end points
• We need to get End points from Infura, Grove and Node Fleet
• Add them to Proxy
• Add relevant tests for fallback

Endpoints needed for:

• Linea
• Blast
• ZkSync
• Mantle Era
• Abstract and
• Unichain
