Fixes #18642
Summary
A user may have multiple user names related to their Display Name and ENS names. Ideally, the user would be able to choose which name they prefer to be seen as in the app. This PR implements some new screens for editing the user profile:
A user can now choose between their Display Name and ENS names as their preferred name.
A user can now also remove their ENS names from their profile.
Review notes
There's some mocked out data inside the reframe db for the ENS names. This will likely be removed before merging.

Is it within the scope of this PR to display the release username screen?
Here's the design reference https://www.figma.com/file/PiN0uwRgZj4L9U4N7xO7Xb/Profile-for-Mobile?node-id=5009%3A312937&mode=dev
Similar to question 1. I've noticed that the remove ENS screen is implemented but not shown accurately as per the design. Is this within the scope of this PR?
Actual result:
Blur is not applied
"x" button instead of back button in left upper corner
Hmm maybe not relevant atm since this feature has not been fully designed yet, and it seems not scoped for the mvp. Happy to resurrect this PR when the time comes.
