Unify stickers-related records in a database

Problem

Right now database has few records related to stickers. As mentioned here by @cammellos, "there might be some data consistency issue by keeping the various Stickers.. fields in different columns and not providing a way to change them atomically"

So the possibility for this inconsistency should be removed.

Stickers changes done in a database atomically
