Add conditions to blueprint tabs

Let's say you have an 'Article' blueprint which has an 'article_type' field. It would be really helpful to hide/show tabs based on such a field to keep the layout clean and tidy.

There's no settings on the tabs themselves, however, if you have conditions setup for the fields inside the tab and there's no fields visible, the tab will be hidden.
