Add install steps for Coolify?

I have Coolify.io running, and it has GitHub, Docker, and supported app options. I don’t see any Statamic install options that work within Coolify.

I've never heard of Coolify before now. 😄

Ok I do not know Laravel really, I'll have to dig into it more. I would really love to see Statamic submitted to Coolify as a new service!: https://coolify.io/docs/contribute/service

I already have Directus running because it's a service within Coolify, pretty sweet. They also have Ghost, and a ton of other self-hosted apps preconfigured and ready to roll.
