How to get the last seen

Issue description

Hello, With DZVents, I easily get the Last update of the devices in domoticz but I would like to have the Last Seen of the hardware line of the plugin. This is information that is not in the domoticz JSON. Is there a file in domoticz that contains this information? Is there a python script or other that would extract this information?

I just noticed that as a general rule for Xiaomi devices, the last seen is identical to the last update, but this is not the case for the temperature sensors (difference < 3 min). The problem is for Opple switches, because the last update is equal to the last action on the switch, so the last seen is updated regularly. I have differences of several hours or days. Is there a file in domoticz that contains this information? Thanks
