Can we get a "stg notes" wrapper for "git notes"?

Can we get a "stg notes" wrapper for "git notes" so that the notes for a specific patch can be shown/edited/whatever by patch name?

I've been contemplating whether an "stg notes" command should also enable a note attached to each branch.
