Ultra Dense Deuterium not selectable

Not sure when this happened but Ultra Dense Deuterium fusion cannot be selected. Tested in mod version 1.29.6 in both Sandbox and fully-teched-out Career mode. Both the Tri Alpha CBF and Plasma Jet MIF reactors list it. Neither can do it. Every other fusion mode for these reactors can be selected if the fuels are present.

This is intentional, apparently? But still visible in game?
