Helm release unable to process image.tag

Issue: binnythomas@C02F24XCMD6R chart % helm release . --source helm --bump patch -t 1.2.3.6 INFO[0000] updating the Chart.yaml to version 0.0.6
WARN[0000] unable to process image.tag

Expected: The image.tag in values.yaml to be updated with the tag passed.
