Update or delete fileTemplates

Are they useful? Is anyone actually using them?

I usually end up copy/pasting an existing workflow rather than using the templates, I'm not used to those so don't think about them.

Honestly, I never use templates for anything. I kinda always start with a New File -> .kt. Maybe if I'd be used to them, I'd be using Workflow templates... 🤷‍♂️

We actually wrote an IntelliJ plugin since we found the templates so limited as to be useless. (Can't open source it, very specific to our apps.)

FWIW I use them. And I agree that the templates are good for our OS community. If we nuke the templates, we'll need to update the tutorials.

If there is something that needs updating, I'm happy to do that.

@tir38 If you're using them I'm sure others are too, thanks for the pong to my ping. When the new API settles down (close), I'll probably ask for your help updating them on the #591 branch.
