Ability to open shell when there's no file open

I mainly use it for the shell. I run commands from the shell. A lot of times I don't have any file open and nothing pops up.

As I recall, Terminality supports to open a terminal view without opening any file (except on Windows). If you want to create a new command for it there is collection file to add additional commands to the plugin.

However, I will look into this issue again later.

I see the "terminal here" command when I added my own execution_units. If I don't have any files open (just folders), selecting terminality will immediatly open a shell, but it's different from "Run terminal here"
