Table demo contribution

I was tryiing to do some basic object management using a simplegui table, and annoyed that it is not possilbe to delete and reorder rows (or is it).

The solution I arrived at worked out so well that I decided to share it as a contribution. If you find this useful, please use it in any way you see fit,
