Deprecate AWS event externalization modules in favor of Spring Cloud AWS

As discussed with @maciejwalkowiak, we decided to move the AWS SQS and SNS integration for Spring Modulith's event externalization to the Spring Cloud AWS project. We should deprecate our very own modules once, the code has been migrated and released.
