Issues with documentation's navigation

Hi!

There's a link in the documentation that looks wrong and doesn't go anywhere:

See “[cassandra.mapping.explicit-converters]” for further details.

Also, when you scroll to the "Simple Primary Keys" section here, the navigation highlight in the sidebar jumps to "Registering a Session Instance by using XML-based Metadata". But when you click on that navigation link (below this one) in the sidebar, you end up at the top of the docs.

Looks like some of the CSS/JS magic is broken...
