Broken link to Cogent
On the Cogent page of the manual, the link to the original Cogent web-page, i.e. http://www.vislab.ucl.ac.uk/cogent.php, is broken. Cogent is getting a bit old and few people are still using it but it would make sense to still provide access to the source code...
If useful, I do have a full copy of the code of Cogent2000 (v 1.32) which we use(d) here at the GIGA CRC Human Imaging. Happy to share it for historical purpose. 😃
Hi Chris, thanks for highlighting that. If you have a link to where people can access the code, we can update it (the link to GIGA CRC just takes me to the front page of the centre's website).
Ho sorry, I did not mean that the code is already publicly available through any ULiège webpage or Git-related server.
Before making it available, which could be done in different ways, it would be necessary to know some practical details such as authors, exact year of release, type of licence, etc. Some people at the FIL might know about this though.
Hi @oliviakowalczyk ,
The Cogent2000 code is now on a private GitHub repo to which I have granted you access (as well as @pzeidman). What do you want to do with that now ?
It's not my work and it does not come from the CRC, so I don't feel confortable making it publicly available from the CRC's GitHub account. It would be pretty straightforward though to bring it under SPM's GitHub account...
