After I created match on web panel, warmup config doesn't load, How to fix it?

Check your get5.cfg because this has nothing to do with Warmup. Whenever the match is loaded it just starts as normal get5 config file which should always have a warmup in starting. Check your get5.cfg file in cfg/sourcemod/ folder.

Have you installed the smjansson plugin in the extensions folder of sourcemod ? You can check if the extension is loaded by type sm exts list in your server console

Note: when using this web panel, the CS:GO game servers must be have both the core get5 plugin and the get5_apistats plugin. They are released together. This means the server must also be running the Steamworks and SMJansson extensions.

Since when ? i've installed a server last week with LGSM and without this extension, the info between web portal and Get5 didn't update.

A "sm exts load smjansson", fix the problem
