Poor data quality: DWI

This issue lists the sites with low DWI data quality

I have found that following subjects have low DWI data quality (I list dwi filenames below): (release - https://github.com/spine-generic/data-multi-subject/releases/tag/r20200722)

@valosekj regarding: oxfordFmrib01 can you remove it pls? this issue is only about data quality. we will deal with processing problems in other issues

sub-stanford01_dwi_moco_dwi_mean.nii.gz - caused by bad SC segmentation for 3 caudal slices (ROI for QC is cropped based on SC segmentation) - will be manually corrected

@valosekj that's a processing-related problem. Please only list images with low data quality. We will deal with processing problems in other issues (let's not mix problems otherwise it gets confusing).
