Added Read The Docs & PyPi Status buttons to about.html

I added pypi_button and rtd_button to alabaster config and tested it.

The only thing I noticed was that both of these services only seem to use the github_repo name in their URLs -- not an additional user name. It seems like that would eventually cause a clash.
