Package for Debian

Would it be feasible to make this library packaged for Debian?

A concrete use case: the REUSE helper tool is meanwhile available in the official Debian repos. If we include this library to generate SBOMs, it should also be available in Debian as a dependency.

If someone already created a .deb file, I could ping a few Debian Developers to ask whether they can maintain them in the Debian repos.

It seems all dependencies of this project are already packaged in Debian. So if I didn't miss anything, bringing the project to Debian should be doable :)
