Cannot push to Github: PARSEERROR

I get the following error when trying to push.

Fetching works fine.

I got this error too

It turns out the error goes away if you try again a few times. Maybe it's a network-related error. Or maybe you're trying to push too fast after committing and spck didn't finish saving yet or something like that.
