Natural Earth Data node

Provide a new node that makes the data from https://www.naturalearthdata.com/ available to the users in an easy way.

Add to the node description the following attribution: Made with Natural Earth. Free vector and raster map data @ naturalearthdata.com.

Include the terms of use file into the data folder if we provide the data with the node together with a README where the data was downloaded from.

License The license can be found here and allows us to use/distribute the data with the node that can be used in all products. We also don't need to credit the authors but I would suggest to do so anyway.
