Support custom tile servers

In environments where access to OSM tile servers (and possibly other OSM resources?) are not possible (air-gapped), customers may have their own OSM mirrors available.

Best option would be to introduce an advanced setting in the corresponding nodes where the user can specify the OSM mirror URL.
