OSM Boundary Map (Table)

This node has the same functionality like the OSM Boundary Map node but as input has a table with all the boundaries of interest and the user has to select the input column to use. Maybe the node can even use some batch API or something to speedup the retrieval of multiple boundaries at once. In addition it should provide an option to ignore unknown boundaries as requested here
