Geospatial view is not work with KNIME Remote Workflow Editor

Can't open the interactive view of the Geospatial view node with KNIME Remote Workflow Editor, see below, image

OS: Windows and MacOS KNIME version: 5.3.0 Geospatial Extension version: 1.2.0

@sturmkev can you please check the behavior of the Geospatial View nodes in the inspect function of KNIME Hub

I can confirm the behavior on the following setup: Server

  • BHUB 1.11.0
  • EC 5.3.1

Client

  • KAP 5.3.0
  • OS: macOS 14.3 (Sonoma)

If the is located inside a component the interactive view option of the context menu (via right-click) of the component does exist but does not open the view but the Finder. Screenshot 2024-08-15 at 11 26 04

If the is not inside a component, there is no view option of the context menu of the node. Screenshot 2024-08-15 at 11 29 51

What works though is the new inspect function on BHUB. At least it works for views outside of components. It seems that the feature cannot display composite views of components yet (no matter if geospatial or standard views).

Remote workflow editor is replaced by workflow editing in the browser at one point.
