Keppler.gl View should store view configuration

The Kepler.gl View provides a rich set of configurations within the view. However these configurations are lost as soon as the view is closed. It would be create if these configurations would be persistent within the node and restored once the view is opened again.

Depends on Python framework ticket AP-19630.
