OSM POIs node with better node description and input check

How should I use the specified JSON string ({‘amenity’:True, ‘landuse’:[‘retail’,’commercial’], ‘highway’:’bus_stop’} ) in the node dialog? How do the places tags relate to the tags values (same position)? Leaving both/one input field empty returns an empty table. Shouldn't the node check this and throw an exception that the fields shouldn't be empty?
