Request to add the feature of customizing model names.

Describe the bug After the automatic update to version v2.7.6, all the previous configuration information was wiped out. Upon reconfiguring, I noticed that only the gpt-3.5-turbo and gpt-4 models are available. I feel these two models are not quite sufficient. Is it possible to add a feature that allows for custom model names? thx.

It is now possible to update to version 2.7.9 to select more models. image pdate to version 2.7.9 to select more models.

Please consider opening this issue again. OpenAI released a preview version of GPT-4, and we can't use it because the model's names are fixed.
