Increase NTRIP_SERVER_MAX from 1 to 2

Enable the RTK to transmit NTRIP data to up to two NTRIP servers at a time. When failures occur, independent recovery is possible.

This change uses an extra 536 bytes of RAM of which 286 bytes are easily accounted, 250 bytes remain elusive.
