RTK fix loss when reading GPS coordinate

Hey, I'm looking for some help with my project using a F9P RTK module with a M5Stack. I have used the NtripClient for Arduino and successfully injected the RTCM messages to the F9P.

But as soon as I read any value from the F9P model using a .get*** call the RTK fix is lost.

I can't figure out why this is or how to overcome the issue. If someone has insight on what's happening I would really appreciate.
