Openlog data logger not reading SD card

Getting Openlog data logger to recognize microSD card (Safecast bgeigie nano device)

With SD card inserted STAT1 (blue light): stays on consistently for ~7 sec

With no SD card STAT1 (blue): 3 flashes

On Screen it says NO SD Card. Nothing wrong with microSD card. Plugged into another Openlog and it works.

Did you get the OpenLog from us or from another supplier?

Sounds like you've isolated the failure pretty well: I'm guessing there is something wrong with the connection between the SD socket and the PCB. If the board came from us, please contact customer service and we'll get it replaced immediately.
