Implement custom thumbOffset

The custom offset set to 0 is necessary to show sliders that require thumb to be center-aligned with the actual slider value (e.g. sliders with explicit notches). Default iOS slider and the sliders in your library changes its value from thumb's leftmost edge to the thumb rightmost edge (it is clear when you make thumb semi-transparent).
