Server contacts should be more obvious

I heard some hosters and even expirienced myself people not realizing x server has a discord. And admitibly it's not really obvious currently as you have to click on the server to make the description and contacts show up.

Perhaps the server's listing should expand once you press connect? Idk I'm not a UX person

Not a good option as the intent is kind of that a player stops interacting with the launcher once they click connect.

Perhaps a Discord icon in the server listing could indicate "has a Discord server"? It'd still be up to the user to click and expand it though.
