Drawing mode in sozi
sozi is a great presentation tool. The approach of having the slides on one Inkscape page is much better that the JessyInk way of using layers. An awesome feature of JessyInk though is the "drawing mode". Any chances that you include this feature into sozi? (I guess there is more to it than just copy & paste some open source javascript code?)
Thanks TS
In my opinion, this is a use case which should be solved through a browser extension or other third party app, and not as part of Sozi.
Sozi presentations play in the browser, therefore anything any browser extension can do can be applied to Sozi presentations.
Any suggestion? Are such browser extensions available? Checked two for chrome out but they issued a message that they do not work with this type of file. Thomas

Maybe @BenMcLean can elaborate on this.
My point of view is that a browser extension will provide a "generic" way to draw on a web page, but it will not provide the kind of interactions that you are expecting.
For instance, the drawings made with the extension will not be attached to a specific frame of your presentation.
@TWS001 I see that you opened this issue more that 6 years ago and I did not answer at the time. I agree that the drawing mode could be an interesting feature. I have no plan to develop it myself but if someone wants to do it, I can provide information and guidance.
6 years! I cannot believe how fast time is running. Anyway, my suggestion was referring to the JessyInk drawing option. Sozi is great software as it is. Thanks! T

Oh, I see. If that is the desired feature then that would need to be part of Sozi if it was going to happen yes. It sounded like the request was just for drawing on a web page.
