Update fetching of Outlook Calendars

Currently, there is an issue with fetching an iCalendar from Outlook. The .ics file does not contain the TZNAME property, which I assume has been removed. icsResponse The error leads to an unhandled exception occurring in tzmap.cpp tzmapcpp
