PR doesn't find referenced file

Description

I'm testing out sourcery, and opened a dummy PR. I mention that package.json has been emptied - as it clearly has - but the code review says:

"The PR description mentions changes to package.json, but the diff doesn't show any modifications to this file. Please update either the description or the changes to ensure consistency."
