Request to enable auto-publishing to open-vsx

Hello!

I've been happily using Sourcery in VSCode and recently have been using it with code-server. Code-server uses the open-vsx marketplace so I originally didn't notice that Sourcery is still at 1.15 there.

I see where you did the original publishing to that marketplace, and it looks like there is a method now where a bot will happily do this for you going forward - it just has to be added to the json based on the directions here.
