Everytime Skipping entire repos (Part-ii)

Pon Muthu Selvam N already opened this Issue on Sep 9, 2019, and after fixing done by Lubov Yaronskaya it was closed on Sep 11, 2019.

Unfortunately, I am facing the same issue. Whenever I try to scan my GitHub profile, it scans and skip the entire repositories.
