OSC cues not received on startup

On the latest build (and on the earlier Patreon 3.2dev release) the OSC cues port does not receive incoming cues on startup, even though enable OSC server is ticked. If you toggle it off and then on again it works as expected. Tested on Mac and Pi4 builds.

Yes, I've noted this too - will ensure this is fixed before the next beta release :-)

Also Doc for OSC refers to 4559 as the incoming port. Needs updating to 4560
