"show ip bgp neighbors" outputs both ipv4 and ipv6 data instead of just ipv4

Description

The show ip bgp neighbors documentation indicates: Show IP (IPv4) BGP neighbors However, it also includes IPv6 neighbor data.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Run show ip bgp neighbors on device running SONiC (latest 202311 image)

BGP neighbor is 10.0.0.57, ...
...
BGP neighbor is fc00::8e, ...
...

Describe the results you expected

Above output but only the ipv4 neighbor data.
