need command to clear the 'pfcwd stats'

Description

The existing command show pfcwd stats shows the number of WD events detected and restored for a particular port/queue, along with the Tx/Rx forward/drop packet counters.

This ticket is opened to add a clear command to clear the WD stats for a particular port/queue, preferably when the number of detected/restored count is identical.

*clear pfcwd stats [ [interface] [ queue] ] [interface] optional [queue] optional without any arguments clear all PFC WD stats without queue, clear the PFC WD stats for the interface
