go get is failing

When running go get github.com/solo-io/gloo-mesh/pkg/api/networking.mesh.gloo.solo.io/v1, I am getting the following error:

github.com/docker/[email protected]: invalid version: unknown revision 000000000000

go get github.com/solo-io/gloo-mesh/pkg/api/networking.mesh.gloo.solo.io/[email protected] is working well.
