This project is going to pick up and be adopted. So, having a framework for the OSS community to propose changes and contribute, will be great! WDYT?

This sounds great! I initially added it to the bottom of the README to increase the visibility. I think we can still do that if we link to CONTRIBUTION.md from the main README.

@mryalamanchi would you want to open a PR for this?

I recommend naming it CONTRIBUTING.md (instead of CONTRIBUTION.md) since that's more commonly used.

@benmills I will be happy to do that. What I would suggest is to have some outline as to what kind of contributions can come up.

e.g., Spec type, Front-end, code improvement, bugs, etc.

Let's nail few down and start writing around that.

Would suggest to keep this discussion on-going.

Contributing guidelines are nice to have but they aren't necessary. PRs are welcome (either to contribute a contribute guideline, or something else)!
