percentages are wrong or rounded wrong?

In https://github.com/softwaresaved/international-survey/blob/master/analysis/results_us_2017_narrative.ipynb in cell 37, all percentages are of the form x.0% Either these are all actually percentages that are rounded to the nearest integer and then have a ".0" added on, or the calculations are incorrect. They can't all be exactly x.0%...

This is the case in multiple cells, not just this one - this is just an easy one in which to see the problem

The percentage are rounded when displayed in the tables (but not for the plots). I leave that issue open to fix it and re-run all the analysis later on

If they are rounded, please remove the ".0"s - this is confusing otherwise.
