The toolbar is positioned based on user's selection. But if the editor is on the edge of the page, we can only see part of the toolbar. qq20140219-1

Does it happen when you resize the browser window ?

Resize, select some text from the left hand, part of the bar is hidden.

Yeap that's an issue when a resize is done. The toolbar does not resize according to the browser window. It's definitely a bug.

There was a problem with the white spaces and an unused variable. I have corrected then and the travis build is a pass now.
